“Royal Kyiv Golf Club” is a great golf project. In 2006 there was a tender for the best golf course project among the best and qualified specialists in the sphere of architectural designing. As a result the best work was shown by a British company “Hawtree Ltd” and a designer who is a fellow of EGCA and a world leader in designing and development of golf courses. The chief and the designer of this company is a well-known outstanding architect Martin Hawtree.

Martin Hawtree is an English architect who represents the third generation of the Hawtrees, designers of golf courses. The company was founded in 1912 and since then the company has been built, reconstructed and modernized over 600 golf courses in many countries. Martin Hawtree is the best golf course architect in Europe and one of five top in the world. Hawtree’s designs of golf courses are in different parts of the world – Europe, Northern America, Asia, Southern Africa and India.

“Royal Kyiv Golf Club” is the first project in Ukraine. It will be a professional golf club with international USGA standards and we will have an opportunity to organize golf competitions (contests) at the international level.

All necessary features of infrastructure such as a hotel, a club house, a car park will be built. There will be places for clients and their families’ leisure and entertainment in the centre of “Royal Kyiv Golf Club”: swimming pools, SPA-salons, a solarium, a conference-room, a pool, a sauna, tennis courts and a gym. All of these services which will be provided are traditional for golf clubs. You will have a chance to hold negotiations in a conference-hall as well as to attend a pro-shop (where you can buy golf facilities) and entertainments for children. “Royal Kyiv Golf Club” will give all favorable conditions to do sports, relax and enjoy your time.

There will be 56 cottages for guests on the territory of 20 ha next to the golf course. The infrastructure of this cottage city will include shops, playgrounds, bars, restaurants, educational centers, different entertainments which will be available all year round.
